The original, groundbreaking estiatorio Milos opened in 1979, located in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal borough of Montreal. One of the first restaurants to feature an open kitchen, and the now signature fish market, Milos Montreal quickly became a favorite of locals and visitors alike. A full renovation in 2015 updated and expanded the space. This refresh is a testament to Milos’ commitment to remain one of the most well-regarded fine dining establishments in Canada for years to come.
